Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HappenHub’s products, website, and mobile experiences. By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@happenhub.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
HappenHub is designed to help people plan events and collaborate with friends. You agree not to abuse the platform, send spam, store unlawful content, harvest personal data, or interfere with the experience of other members. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these expectations.
3. Events & Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant HappenHub a limited license to store and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. Make sure you have the right to share any photos, descriptions, or files you upload.
4. Payments & Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select in-app. Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically. Downgrading a plan may result in feature or data limits, so review your plan carefully before making changes.
5. Service Changes
We continually evolve HappenHub and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you via email or in-app banners. Your continued use of the product after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Liability
HappenHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
